We have our own design team, materials source, dyeing facility and looms in India to allow us complete control over your custom rug or carpet project. From the first step of providing us with the brief to final delivery and fitting we guarantee you a transparent and trouble free experience.
You can supply us with a complete CAD of your own design or order one of the many Nourison rugs available in custom sizes. We also have the Fifty to Infinity range of broadloom carpet which can be cut and selvedged to your size parameters. Our designers are also available to make you a unique creation just for you - for that special project that demands exclusivity and the very best quality.

Creativity in 6 easy steps
STEP 1
Contact us via phone or e-mail to start the process. If you have selected a rug available in custom sizes from the Nourison rug range or the broadloom Fifty to Infinity selection we will place the order and give you a delivery date. If you require a unique custom rug you can send us the requirements for us to begin or supply us with your own design.
STEP 2
We are happy to visit you to discuss your needs or you are very welcome to see us in our North London location. If you do not need this then we will start the design process to then show you a CAD mock up. We will colour match using our box of 1200 wool tufts.
STEP 3
Once you have signed off on the design, materials, colours and size requirements we always offer to present you a sample of how the finished article will look. However, please bear in mind this adds an extra 2-4 weeks to the delivery time.
STEP 4
During the weaving of your rug or carpet we will keep you updated with the progress with images from the loom or factory. Any unforeseen delay out of our control - such as wars and weather - will be immediately relayed to you.
STEP 5
The finished article will be photographed before packing and shipping to ensure it is exactly to order. We ship via air or sea depending on the urgency.
STEP 6
We arrange to drop ship to your location or have it delivered and fitted by experts. A suitable underlay is always recommended. If the rug or carpet is not exactly to your specification we promise to make you another!
